Housing Matters’ 2021–2023 Strategic Plan

After many, many months of intensive, deliberate thought and planning, in March 2021 we finalized our newest three-year Strategic Plan.
This Strategic Plan is a living document, meant to serve as a guiding force as we move through the next three years. We have some really big things planned (really big!), and this plan will help us make the big decisions needed as we grow and expand our services.
We took a good, hard look at every aspect of our organization. We are happy to report that our Mission, Vision, and Values have all remained the same; we are steadfast in our dedication to resolving homelessness for families and individuals in Santa Cruz County. We will continue to provide a holistic and full array of services, all with the goal of ending homelessness.
We hope you feel as inspired and energized by this Strategic Plan as we do. You are an important part of the work we do; your support drives us each and every day; your involvement ensures every member of your community has access to resources for a healthy, stable life.
A panel discussion was hosted on April 5 to go through the Strategic Plan and its implications for the community. View the recording here >
