Section 8 Waitlist Open Until 12/6/18
As of 10/17/18, the Housing Authority has opened the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Programs for Santa Cruz County and the Cities of Hollister and San Juan Bautista!
The waiting list will be open until 5pm on December 6, 2018. A lottery process will determine the order of the waiting list, so there is no advantage to submitting a pre-application early. All completed applications received by this date will be included in the lottery and added to the list.
The flyer here includes information about how to apply. Applicants who submit an online application will be able to print out a confirmation page immediately upon submittal.
Applicants who are already on the waiting list will continue to be contacted based on the date of their application. Applications received during this waiting list opening will be added based on lottery number.
